"The Officer" Sgian Dubh has a real wood handle with brass mounts and a black leather sheath. The Clan Badge in the center is solid pewter and is available in over 200 clan names and some universal designs also.

The very 1st recorded use of this type of utlity knife was in the Crimean War in 1853.The original had an corkscrew and hoof pick, however for modern day use, the pick has been replaced with a screwdriver / bottle opener.
