Back of Neck to Cuff ------------From back of neck (spine) to lower part of wrist.

Chest Measurement---------Around biggest part of chest, under your arms with arms down.

Waist Measurement---------NOT PANT SIZE, Around waist at navel...pull the tape measure snug.

From belly button to center of knee cap.
